Note: -  Getting an offer letter is not certain that you will get a student visa, (getting an offer letter means your seat is confirmed after the Institute's requirements are met. This is the first necessary step to register a visa). It depends on your eligibility, requirements and how the Visa Officer will check your eligibility. Even if you have a student visa, you can be returned from the Entry of Port (POE) (if they suspect that you are not an actual student), keep your academics, SOP, acceptance letter with you. Make sure of tuition fee receipts. GIC certificate and you are well aware of your college and you must have other necessary documents.
